These terms apply to your use of Martiverse: Idle Shop (the "Game"), operated by Playtick. Contact us at dannyyang118@gmail.com. Applicable platform-store terms also apply.
Using the Game
Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This permission does not transfer ownership of the Game, its artwork or other intellectual property to you.
You must be legally able to accept these terms, or have a parent or guardian's permission where required. The Game is not directed to children under 13.
Virtual currency and purchases
Coins, gems and other virtual items are for use inside the Game. They are not money, have no cash-out value, and cannot be exchanged or transferred outside the Game. Displayed currency symbols represent fictional game currency.
Available products and their localized prices are shown by the platform store before purchase. Purchases, billing and refund requests are handled under the store's process and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes your legal rights to a refund or other remedy.
Eligible non-consumable purchases can be restored through the Game's restore-purchases option. Consumable items that have already been spent are not restored by that option. Contact support about missing items before clearing your app data.
Progress and availability
Progress and balances are currently stored on your device. There is no Playtick cloud-save service, and transferring devices, uninstalling or clearing data may lose local progress. Store restoration of an eligible purchase does not restore a full game save.
Features may change with updates, and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. An internet connection is required for services such as advertising and purchases. Any changes affecting paid entitlements remain subject to applicable consumer protections.
Advertising
The Game may offer optional rewarded ads and interstitial ads. Rewards depend on successful completion and confirmation from the advertising service. Ad availability is not guaranteed. A no-forced-ads purchase removes forced interstitials, not optional rewarded ads.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the Game or its services, manipulate purchases, knowingly exploit defects to obtain unauthorized benefits, or use the Game unlawfully. Restrictions on copying or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Privacy and your rights
Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your applicable legal rights and remedies remain available.
We may revise these terms as the Game changes. Material changes will be communicated where required, and the effective date above will be updated. Questions can be sent to dannyyang118@gmail.com.
